Ovi Muniz is a retired United States Army veteran, educator, and multimedia content creator whose work spans sports, entertainment, music, and cultural commentary. After more than 20 years of military service, Muniz brings the leadership, discipline, and perspective developed throughout his Army career into his work as an educator and media personality.

Muniz holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from American Military University. He also completed professional training in media production and radio and television on-air performance at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, helping him transform a passion for conversation and storytelling into a growing multimedia platform.

His podcasting journey began in 2019 with Clovercrest Media Group (CMG). Since then, Muniz has created and produced several original programs, including The Hard Hittin' Wrestling Show (HHWShow), All 4 Downs Podcast, Backstop Podcast, and Lyrically Speaking. Through these shows, he covers professional wrestling, football, baseball, music, and the cultural conversations surrounding them.
